The Monkey Island SCUMM Bar: Oh my! More nostalgia

Henrique Soares has kindly sent us the Amiga Power review of Monkey Island 2, just to keep the whole nostalgia wave rolling. They awarded the game a score of 90%, and use a lot of... humour... throughout the review. Now why can't the PC magazines of today write... quality... reviews like this?

I agree With the spitmaster ^_^ And a lot of the nostalgia from that review is the same as the MI1 one.
It also seems crazy that the reviewer had to explain what a cutscene is ^_^
But on our computers now, that run perfectly without disk swapping, does it mean that the game is perfect?

Amiga Power reviews were and are the funniest and best ever written. There has been an ebay auction to buy the complete set a few times but the total price including p+p was whopping.
At one point Stewart Campbell (yes he formerly of amiga power) was part of the bidding war and was prepared to pay an extortionate amount for them. If they ever come up again im selling my mother so I can afford them.
