The Monkey Island SCUMM Bar: Almost as old as Skyfox

Yes, The SCUMM Bar turned six years old today, which makes us... well... old. Probably the oldest site in the Mojo community in fact (Mojo included). A lot of cool stuff has happened on this site over the years, and we'll keep the good stuff coming, with new features, sections, reader contributions and other suprises. For now, enjoy this birthday greeting made by Hi-Jinx (on a half day notice no less!).

Update: We've updated the poll with the question "How long have you been visiting this site?". As for the old poll, about who you think Captain Mystery is, most went with "A TSB or Mojo regular".

I remember signing a petition on this site to make a third Monkey Island game way back in the day.

This was probably one of the first websites i ever went to on the net. Crazy.

When I first got Internet back in the mid-nineties, one of my first searches was trying to find out more about a fantastic game I'd played on an amiga once. I discovered everything I'd ever to know about this game at this site. I participated in the poll for a 3rd version of the fantastic game. And it's quite funny to think about how the Scumm Bar has always been a part of my internet-experience.
