We've added a new poll which reads What platform did you first play Monkey Island on? Feel free to leave a comment to bash the other platforms which is something every self-respecting Atari/Mac/PS2/FMTowns user will do to take attention away from his/her inferior platform (us old Amiga users are, of course, perfect, and don't do stuff like that).
So which article did you all prefer? Well, the results read:
Monkey Island - The Revelation: 59%
How appropriate. You fight like a corporation: 24%
Any Captain Mystery article: 16%
No Sympathies For LucasArts : 0%

CDTV was awful... and I never heard of MI being released on it! I'm sure Remi is making stuff up in his head again ;-p

Actually, it was developed and shown off at some tradeshows, but never actually released. The heading refers to a certain Amiga forum in which somebody persistently claims they own the CDTV version of MI1. So no, it's not the voices in my head this time.

I have been trying to scrape together info on this for a while. See here for the usual explanation http://www.lysator.liu.se/amiga/ar/guide/ar505.guide?FEATURE2 As Remi said, the one person who claimed he had it never replied. Its all a riddle wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a cunning plot to annoy the hell out of those of us who are intrigued by the idea of amiga mi1 with cd-audio tracks.

It probably did come out on the CDTV. It also came out on the MegaCD (the CD expansion for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis), anyone remember that, eh?
