Democracy in action

Our last poll had 79% of you convinced that Sam & Max 2 was Telltales new liscence an ironic result, seeing as its been confirmed that Telltale wont be making Sam & Max 2... yet.

In fact, we suspect that there were some shenanigans going on with the poll results, accounting for why we got nearly 800 voters. Whats more likely is that some deranged fan found a way of voting for Sam & Max 2 a million times, presumably as part of some form of ill-conceived protest.

If we ignore any EU-style tomfoolery then it seems that Monkey Island 5 is the fairer winner. Will the fans prediction come to pass? Only time will tell.

The result could easily have been changed back to what it was supposed to be, but eh.

Laziness and stuff.

I could have sworn MI 5 had the much larger vote one day and changed to sam and max 2 the next. Boggles the mind it does.

So what was the skyrocket in Sam and Max 2's percentage after Telltale announced that it WOULDN'T be this first "exciting license" supposed to prove? That adventure gamers are morons?

God knows.

I think it's most likely that it was just someone who really, really wanted a Sam & Max sequel...
