The Monkey Island SCUMM Bar: Trivia: Bill Fettuccine’s Untimely Demise

As revealed in Rapp Scallion’s crypt in Monkey Island 2, Bill Fettuccine likely died sometime during Part 2 of the game. This we know because Guybrush could win tickets to the Fettuccine Brothers’ show in the casino. (Note the dealer calls it the Linguini Brothers Circus, presumably mistaking it for a competitor.)
